Double Counting and Participation under Other GHG Programs

FutureTech Solar (Thailand) Co. Ltd developed the project, which involves the installation of solar photovoltaic power plants with a capacity of 9.98 MWp located in Kamphaeng Phet Province, Thailand. The renewable electricity will replace a fossil-fuel power plant that uses natural gas, resulting in a reduction of GHG emissions. 

Therefore, FutureTech Solar (Thailand) co. ltd writing to formally inform that the generated Verified Carbon Unit (VCUs) within our project will not be counted, used, or credited under any other programs, GHG-related environmental credit system and Emissions Trading Programs to maintain environmental integrity. The summary of the project is provided in the table below, which outlines key project details. 

Carbon credits may be issued through Verified Carbon Standard project id: 4600 for the greenhouse gas emission reductions or removals associated with FutureTech Solar (Thailand) co. ltd, FST SMALL-SCALE SOLAR POWER PLANT IN KAMPHAENG PHET, THAILAND.
